- Download and Install USB Drivers on your PC (USB Drivers)
- The Google Pixel devices should be rooted in the latest version of a custom recovery like CWM or TWRP installed.
- The bootloader of your Google Pixel devices must be unlocked.
- Make sure that the battery level of the Google Pixel devices is at least 80% or above before going ahead.
Steps to Install July 2020 Security Patch For Google Pixels Phones:
Step 1: First, download the July 2020 security patch from the above link.
Step 2: Now, unzip the downloaded July 2020 security patch files and copy/paste them all to Platform-Tools. Please do not extract the files any further.
Step 3: Power off the Google Pixels device.
Step 4: Boot the Google Pixels in Bootloader Mode.
